Light matting can often be brushed out. Moderate to severe matting may require a shorter clip to prevent pain and skin damage. We'll always explain what's needed and why.

A matting surcharge may apply for the additional time required.

24–48 hours before: 50% refund of your deposit.

Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.
